Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern access to the CloudAlls services identified in the applicable order, agreement, or product documentation. The contracting CloudAlls entity, service scope, fees, support, and governing law are determined by the applicable customer agreement.

Responsible use

Users must comply with applicable law, protect credentials, respect intellectual property and privacy, and must not interfere with service availability or security. Product-specific commitments take precedence where the signed agreement says so.

Privacy and security

Privacy processing, subprocessors, international transfers, security controls, data return, and deletion are described in the applicable Privacy Notice, Data Processing Agreement, and Security Schedule.

These terms are a baseline template and require legal approval for the relevant entity, product, customer, and jurisdiction before publication.
